Hi, I'm Talaka. Most people probably know me as superemeralds, the dude that does the werewolf sonic comic.I love organizing community projects and now there's a single place to find them all!
The focus is mostly on free release zines. As a big fan of worldbuilding and lore, most of my projects have some form of worldbuilding theme... But I might also do other things.Previous projects: Kaleidoscopic Absolution (Silver FanZine), Sonic World Adventure, Gotta Follow My Rainbow (ACT 1, ACT 2)

The long awaited sequel to Sonic World Adventure is here.
This time we will focus on SONIC OC's! Where do they live? What are their cultures like?The two main themes are the relationship your characters have with the world, as well as expanding the worldbuilding! (for example if there are humans in your OC's life and why; or why not)For consistency's sake, we will all abide by the world map established in the previous project round (featured in the background here).Once again the design will be reminiscient of a travel journal. Chefs (including home cooks ofc) are also once again welcome to share recipes.

What is a Zine?
A zine is, in fandom spaces, a collaborative effort of creatives to make a sort of art collection/book! The word “zine” comes from “magazine”. Everyone working on this project gets to make something for one (or more) of the pages of this zine!Every step will be explained within the project and you can always talk to a mod if you are unsure what you have to do or if you are doing things right. It’s always best to speak up if you don’t understand, because this makes things a lot less stressful for everyone involved!
What do you want to see in a portfolio?

I’m not a professional artist and my characters are cringe :[
This project is for fun, there is no need for industry level skill.
Please do not feel discouraged: Zines are a good challenge to try new things and improve!There are no cringe characters. We’d love to see your angel/demon hybrid, the sonadow fankid of the week or Silvers long lost brother! The only limitation to OC's is that they need to be made for the greater sonic universe.
Is shipping allowed?
OCxCANON ships are ok, as long as Sonic isn't involved (to avoid conflict).
The focus should be away from just romance, though. The overall daily life/worldbuilding theme is more important. (for example not just characters holding hands etc.)
The theme doesn’t speak to me, personally.
